What’s your purpose?
If you’re feeling down or out of sorts, having a purpose and working towards that can help you overcome your problems.

It’s not about the final destination but about the journey.
A purpose gives you the sense of doing something worthwhile, something that will contribute to the greater good. It gives more meaning to your life and can motivate you to do more.
It’s not about saving the world. It can be something small and simple. It could be anything from helping others to see the brilliance of a piece of art to finding ways to look after the planet.
